Your Neighborhood Council Emergency Preparedness Alliance (NCEPA)
tells us that during a major catastrophe we will all be on our own for 7 to 21 days or more;
our emergency responders (LAPD and LAFD) do not have the resources to take care of all of us.  It is up to us to take care of ourselves and each other!
