LADWP customers are invited to the LA Zoo (5333 Zoo Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027) to pick up recycled water for free. The Residential Recycled Water Fill Station Pilot Program will be operational from 8 am to 11 am every Tuesday starting on June 21st. Please note days and times are subject to change. Registered LADWP customers will be notified of schedule updates.
LADWP customers must attend a brief training session to qualify. If you require training, a 30-minute session will be offered during operations at the LA Zoo. We ask that you please RSVP at recycledwaterinfo@ladwp.com. It is important that you bring a Government issued ID, your LADWP bill, and containers with water-tight lids to the fill station.
Recycled water is a local, safe, and reliable source for the City of LA. This pilot program is brought to you by LA Zoo, LASAN, and LADWP in an effort consistent with the One Water LA initiative.
Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
