NEW CLASS – Maybe you’ve never seen or heard about this well-kept secret!!

This health awareness workshop will help you in understanding the relationship between your feet and your shoes. Stretching and walking techniques can help improve balance and will be covered.

Whether you want to get from one point to another or join a fitness program, your feet are the ones that will get you there. Wearing the wrong type of shoes, socks or even improper lacing could impact your journey and cause you pain! Perhaps you’ve also experienced ankle, knee, hip or lower backaches for a long time and never knew why. This could be the reason.

In this presentation students will learn how to choose the correct shoes and socks and be introduced to lacing tips in addition to practice stretches and foot exercises. Following the presentation, our certified instructor will answer questions. BRING OR WEAR YOUR WALKING SHOES!

Students will leave having a better understanding of the relationship between shoes and their comfort. This is not a certification class.
