Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance
(NCSA) advances sustainability and resilience across LA through advocacy, sharing of best practices, and community action.
We have several active committees and provide a variety of resources to help neighborhood councils and stakeholders improve our neighborhoods and our city. We hold regular forums on relevant topics and collaborate with neighborhood councils, government, and environmental and other community organizations.
