The meeting will be on the 10th of May at the Balboa Sports Complex Gym.
The City will be the lead with Make Good. The draft EA will continue
in order to gather comments to determine if an EIS is warranted for 2017.
That still needs to be determined. The Col will not be attending as a result.
There will be somebody from the Corps or several people to answer questions pertaining only to the NEPA process. The current EA will not suffice for 2017
just by changing the date. The comment period is being extended
to the close of business on Monday May 16th at 5:00pm.
