Just a brief update on the AIAA Astronaut Event that will be held on September 2 in Pasadena, CA.
We are going to drop the fees and dessert at this event and make it into more of a panel and Q&A session with the astronauts.
We have 2 astronauts confirmed and anticipate a few more. Will keep you posted as we get confirmation.
The date, time and location is the same! September 2, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Pasadena Convention Center.
I am happy to reserve “front row” seating for you and your team that wish to attend. Just let me know how many people that you wish to include and their name and email.
Also, you may promote this event to your audience as it is still open to our attendees and members of the public. We hope to get about 300+ to attend. All questions can be directly to me.
We will make a “plea” for any on-site donations to support the AIAA Foundation and all the STEM programs that we support.
I am happy to talk to more about this at your convenience.
Confirmed logistics include:
Name: An Evening of Astronaut Stories from the Cosmic Frontier
Date, Time and Location: 2 September 2015, 1830 hrs-2030 hrs, Civic Auditorium Gold Room, Pasadena Convention Center
