North Hills West Neighborhood Council will hold elections on May 4 for all seats:
- Residential Stakeholders (7 seats)
- General Stakeholders (5 seats)
- Community Interest Stakeholders
Candidates must be 18 years old or older. See the last page of our bylaws for specifics.
The top 7 vote counts will become 4 year terms irrespective of category. The next 6 will be for the traditional 2 year terms also irrespective of category. At the next election in two years, the 6 seats up for election will have 4 year terms, allowing for continuity of operations by always keeping a set of board members and their institutional knowledge.
This is your chance to have a seat at the table in the room where it happens! We are excited to welcome prospective members to run for a seat. Candidates should have a passion for making a difference in North Hills West, time to attend our monthly meetings and at least one committee meeting a month.
