The North Hills West Neighborhood Council voted to approve the Resolution introduced on October 11, 2022 by the Los Angeles City Council to censure Nury Martinez, Kevin De Leon and Gil Cedillo for their conduct and statements that were made public regarding the redistricting meeting of October 2021, which undermined the integrity of the redistricting process throughout the City. The North Hills West Neighborhood Council joins with the Los Angeles City Council and the public in demanding that Kevin De Leon and Gil Cedillo immediately resign from the City Council. Ms. Martinez has already submitted her full resignation as both President and member of the Council.
