The North Hills West Neighborhood Council at its Special Meeting held on October **, 2022 voted in support of Council File 22-0002-S101 which supports the California State Legislature bills AB 1740, AB 2407 and SB 1087 which would strengthen laws governing the sale of used catalytic converters. This action would deter theft and assist law enforcement in apprehension of criminals.
